The Alien Online was a news and reviews website covering SF&Fantasy books, film, TV, comics and just about everything else with a link to the genre. The editor, Ariel, a long-established fan and one-time bookseller, was ably assisted by Sandy Auden and others. However, as happens so often, the time it took to keep the site up to date with its broad remit became an unsustainable commitment. It was supposed to be a hobby, after all.
But some habits are hard to break. The Alien has transmogrified into The UK SF Book News Network, a site well worth visiting.
In alphabetical order by author, here's the list of books I reviewed, along with an introduction to the Black Library's Warhammer 40,000 graphic novels and the fabulous Crazy Dog Audio Theatre. Click through to read what I had to say.
